Fanatical Prospecting by Jed Blount
Fanatical Prospecting is written with executives, entrepreneurs, sales leaders and salespeople in mind and is an insightful guide to explaining the how and why behind prospecting, considered to be one of the most vital activities in business development and sales. We love that it features a step by step approach to prospecting that actually works in the real world.

If you want to know how to prospect like the top earners in numerous industries, find out the best tips, techniques, and secrets inside this book. The Power of Full Engagement by Jim Loehr and Tony Schwartz
Written by Tony Schwartz and Jim Loehr, who are both expert researchers, The Power of Full Engagement is the book you didn’t know you needed if you have been looking for the best time management tips and techniques. The crux of the matter when it comes to time management, they discovered, is that you don’t and really shouldn’t be working all the hours in the day to achieve success.
In fact, the opposite is true – you need to manage your energy, rather than your time as so many people do and then you can see amazing results. We feel an appropriate summary for this book would be that it teaches you how to manage your energy, by highlighting the four different kinds of energy there are so that your life can be full of purpose and you can accept any limitations you come across.
The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone
Author of another successful book, If You’re Not First, You’re Last, Grant Cardone is someone that a lot of people look up to. Grant Cardone is the founder/CEO of his organization Cardone Enterprises and his main focus is Cardone Training Technologies involved in helping companies and businesses to increase their sales through a customized sales process that improves their efficiency.
In his best-selling book, The 10X Rule, he outlines his pathway to success by always setting targets that are 10 times greater than what you think you can achieve and taking actions that are 10 times greater than what you think is necessary to reach targets and goals. His belief is that the biggest mistake the majority of people make is not setting high enough goals in life. We love his almost “go hard or go home” philosophy that only by taking big actions can you really achieve your full potential in any area of life.
How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
Subtitled the Only Book You Need to Lead You to Success, this is one book in our recommended list that we’re sure most people have heard of. To say this is an incredible book that is worthy of your time and effort would be doing it a disservice.
Dale Carnegie, with this book, has produced time-tested, solid and effective advice that has helped many thousands (and possibly even more) to reach success not just in their working and business life, but personal lives too.
In it you will learn the 6 ways you can make anyone like you, 12 ways you can bring people around to your viewpoint and way of thinking, 9 ways you can encourage and stimulate people to make changes without them ever feeling resentment towards you. The fact that this book has sold well over 15 million copies, says a lot about its popularity and effectiveness.

In it, you will find an explanation of why real estate investment rules have changed and a step-by-step guide to the potentially lucrative and extremely exciting world of this kind of multifamily property investment.
Some of the things we think you will love about this book are the fact you learn how to get the money for apartment purchases, the best areas to buy and quick area evaluation tips, but there is so much more.
Real Estate Finance and Investments by Linneman Associates
Written by Ph.D. Peter Linneman in conjunction with his long-time associate, Bruce Kirsch from Real Estate Financial Modelling, the 5th Edition of Real Estate Finance and Investments is a comprehensive exploration of the vital concepts involved in the areas of investment strategy and real estate finance.
As well as looking at the important mathematical and theoretical basics to successful real estate financing, the book also discusses just how ambiguous decision making is in investments. There is a full index of need-to-know terms and graphs and tables that have been designed in a way to make them easier and quicker to read than they ever have been.
What we really love about this edition of the book is that Bruce Kirsch has produced a comprehensive Online Companion website that offers flashcards for the important terms used throughout the book and you can also perform keyword searches to get to what you need to know from any of the 26 chapters. The authors are also interviewed across 60 audio files that really help give life to the concepts outlined within the book.
Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki
We’re pretty sure this is another of the books on our list that most people will have heard of by name at the very least. Rich Dad Poor Dad was first introduced in 1997 and it is considered to be the number 1 book about Personal Finance ever written. Further evidence of its importance and impact is that it has been translated into numerous languages and has been sold throughout the world.
Part of what makes this book so great is the way it is written. It is about the story of two dads and growing up with their influence. The poor dad refers to his biological father, while the rich dad refers to his best friend’s biological father. In the book, he shares the different ways both those men shaped his own thoughts about investments and money.
The book rocked the personal finance world because it exposed and tore apart the myth that to become rich you need a high income. It explores the huge difference there is between making your money work for you and working to earn money.
Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
Completing our list of recommended books, we have another that you’ve undoubtedly heard of, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. This is an officially recognized reproduction of the author’s original version of the book. Which itself was first printed and published in 1937.
We think this is a really fascinating book, if only for the fact that it draws on the stories of millionaires from the same generation as him, such as Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, and Andrew Carnegie to illustrate his powerful philosophy on the Law of Success.
This book does not just outline the secrets that could potentially help you make a fortune but will show you how to do it. You will be able to use it to learn and apply basic, simplistic methods for true success that lasts forever. Whatever your views on these books, it’s hard to argue with the many people who cite this as a life-changer.
Super Agents Live with Tony Selgado
Super Agents Live hosted by Tony Salgado is the number 1 ranking podcast for real estate agents. It features interviews with successful real estate agents who are selling over 50 million dollars’ worth of properties every year and discusses how they can achieve it.
It delves deep into their stories and also looks at the tricks, tips, and secrets that the best authors, coaches, and producers in the industry have to offer all aspiring real estate agents. Selgado came up with the podcast because when he looked around at the available resources for agents looking to become successful, he realized everything was stuck in the 70s and nothing had moved on. He wanted to give them more than the seminar, coaches, and books offered.
The whole concept and goal of this podcast are to help real estate agencies and businesses reach the next level, by looking at why some fail and others succeed.
The Tony Robbins Podcast
You have to have been hiding under a rock for the best part of 50-odd years to not have heard of Tony Robbins. Even if you have never heard one of his seminars, read one of his books, or saw the man in an interview, you will know that he is one of the world’s best-loved and most successful life coaches.
The Tony Robbins Podcast, he gives full access to his tried-and-tested strategies for achieving your goals and having success. The thing we have always found compelling about Tony Robbins and his methodology and philosophy is that it can be easily implemented and applied in part of your life. Whether you want to improve your relationships with friends, spouses, or want to expand your business, he can help you.
What’s more, the principles and tactics he teaches you how to use, he already uses successfully in his life. Which gives it a lot more clout than some life coaches.
Entrepreneurs on Fire with John Lee Dumas
Another interview-based podcast, Entrepreneurs on Fire was started and hosted by John Lee Dumas, who likes to be called JLD, so you know. It is directed at anyone who is looking to start their entrepreneurial journey and wants to do more of what they love and less of what they hate.
